Welcome to the Official Website for the Women in FCERM initiative.
The Women in FCERM initiative was first introduced at the Flood and Coast Conference 2018. The session was chaired by Sarah Hendry, the Director of Floods and Water for DEFRA, and the many speakers involved included: Catherine Wright (EA), Lisa Pinney (EA), Rachel Burden (EA), Julia Beeden (Cambridgeshire County Council), Shirel Stedman (Royal Haskoning DHV) and Ruth Goodall (AECOM).
Women in FCERM aims to provide networking and support opportunities for women working in flood and coastal erosion risk management.
