As organisations that undertake Flood and Coastal Risk Management work: we invite you to complete the Women in FCERM survey, to assess the policies and practices your company has in place to maximise positive impacts for women and future generations of female workers. We welcome your responses regarding what the priorities should be for Women in FCERM this year, so we can connect with our members about the issues which matter most, and influence change in organisations for a more equal future.
We will run an online workshop at the Flood and Coast Conference on the 28th June 2021 where we will share the results of the survey with you and gain your views on how we move the initiative forward.
