WiFCERM corporate affiliate membership is free and open to all organisations who work in, or support, the FCERM sector, who want to become recognised partners in contributing to gender equality across the FCERM sector. The Environment Agency is committed to creating a truly inclusive organisation where everyone can thrive. We have over 14,000 colleagues working across England to reduce flood risk, enhance biodiversity, regulate industry, and build more resilient communities. In FCRM we focus on delivering the FCERM strategy to ensure we are a nation ready for and resilient to flooding and coastal change – today tomorrow and out to 2100. This includes leading the delivery of the government’s next flood investment programme from 2026.
Through our experience of over a decade in delivery we know that diversity of thought and experience helps us better understand the communities we serve and make stronger, more sustainable decisions for the environment.
