Corporate Affiliate Membership

WiFCERM are passionate about striving for gender equality for everyone working across the flood and coastal erosion risk management (FCERM) sector. We are excited to announce that we are now are offering organisations who work in, or support, the FCERM sector, the unique opportunity to become recognised partners in contributing to gender equality across the FCERM sector through our WiFCERM corporate affiliation membership.

What would becoming a WiFCERM corporate affiliate member mean for you?
WiFCERM are asking corporate affiliate members to commit to:
1. Complete a baselining survey and annual benchmarking to measure and track your progress in achieving gender equality
2. Raise awareness of the WiFCERM corporate affiliate membership within your organisation
3. Share your work on gender equality with the WiFCERM and other corporate affiliate members
5. Encourage your staff to develop individual “pledges” and consider what they can do personally to improve gender equality across FCERM
6. Raise awareness of the WiFCERM initiative and encourage staff to attend networking events, learning and development opportunities, and join the mentoring programme (either as a mentor or mentee).
6. Provide staff with the time and support to attend the networking events or mentoring programme.
7. Promote the WiFCERM initiative with your partners, customers and suppliers.

In addition, as a corporate member of WiFCERM we may approach you for some in-kind support or sponsorship for an event. It will be an organisation’s choice to provide any in-kind support or sponsorship rather than a requirement on corporate affiliation members.

Why become a corporate affiliate member of WiFCERM? What are the benefits?

Benefits to your organisation
